AHMV develops AI-native business systems, workflow automations, custom ERP/CRM platforms, and SaaS products. Specific project deliverables and commercial terms are established via binding scopes of work or written agreements.
3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Clients own custom project deliverables upon full payment. AHMV retains ownership of its underlying modular frameworks, templates, and proprietary SaaS platforms.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
